How It All Started

Founded in Late 2019

Back when everyone was still talking about blockchain like it was some mystical technology, I was sitting in a cramped Kuala Lumpur coffee shop, watching small business owners struggle with basic digital payments. That's when it clicked for me.

I'd spent three years working with enterprise blockchain implementations, but the real opportunity wasn't in the big corporations. It was in helping Malaysian SMEs understand how this technology could actually solve their everyday problems - not the theoretical stuff, but real issues like cross-border payments and supply chain transparency.

"The eureka moment came when a restaurant owner asked me if blockchain could help him track his seafood suppliers. That's when I knew we needed to bridge the gap between complex technology and practical business needs." - Zhara Ashwin, Founder

Growing Through Real Challenges

2021-2024: The Learning Years
2021

The Pandemic Pivot

When lockdowns hit, we had to completely rethink how we delivered consulting services. This pushed us to develop remote blockchain integration methods that actually worked better than in-person sessions for many clients.

2022

Scaling Without Losing Touch

Our biggest lesson came when we almost lost a major client because we got too technical too fast. We learned that successful blockchain integration is 70% business process understanding and 30% technology implementation.

2023

Building Local Expertise

We realized Malaysian businesses needed consultants who understood both global blockchain trends and local regulatory requirements. This led us to develop our hybrid consultation approach that we still use today.
